How to Pair

1. Take out both earbuds from the charging case, they will automatically enter the pairing mode in which the LED of right earbud flashes green and red alternately.

2. Turn on the Bluetooth function on your phone, then search and select the Bluetooth name “MpowX3” to connect.

Get Access to Multiple Function

1 Next track: triple-touch the MFB of R-earbud

2. Previous track: triple-touch the MFB of L-earbud.

3. Play or pause: double touch the MFB of either earbud.

4. Answer a call: touch the MFB of either earbud once.

5. End a call: double touch the MFB of either earbud.

5. Reject a call: press and hold the MFB button of either earbud for 2 seconds.

6. Activate Siri or Google Assistant: press and hold the MFB of L-earbud for 2 seconds when in twin mode; press and hold the MFB of R-earbud for 2 seconds when in right mono mode.

7. Turn on or off ANC: press and hold the R-earbud for 2 seconds when in twin mode. The mono(right) mode does not support ANC.

8. Reset: 1) turn off your phone's or other Bluetooth-enabled device's Bluetooth;2) take out the R-eabud from the charging case; 3) press and hold the R-earbud for 10 seconds. The red LED light will flash 3 times, which means that the paired information is cleared successfully.

How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Do you provide tracking information?

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.


Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
  • You receive the wrong item
  • You do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)

We do not issue the refund if:
